Briana and Adam are easy going, super fun and full of awesomeness! When I arrived at the location of their 2017 Lake Quivira wedding, I was blown away by the overall beauty of the area. Honestly, every where I looked, I saw a photo opportunity. I am quite certain that after living in Arizona, I’ve become allergic to humidity. For Briana and Adam’s Attraction Session, it was swampy to say the least. Yet, they never complained nor did they ever let it show!
From all of her emails and text messages, I already knew Briana is one of the sweetest people ever. After meeting her, she was more genuine than I imagined. I love the way her stunning blue eyes twinkle and then disappear when Adam makes her authentically smile. Adam is such a chivalrous gentleman. At every opportunity throughout their session, he made sure his fiance was doing okay. Together, their babies are going to have the most gorgeous eyes ever. Seriously. I’m rather jealous of their future children already =)
I had a blast exploring all around Lake Quivira with these two. They found a few locations for their shoot which were amazing. We laughed a lot. Primarily because I laugh a lot and people tend to laugh with/at me (oftentimes, I can’t tell and don’t really care). When they told me that they didn’t start dating until PT school after both going through the same program at K-State, I was shocked. Then, Adam quickly mentioned how Briana probably wouldn’t have dated the undergrad version of Adam and how things worked out perfectly!
As the rain started, I asked Briana and Adam if we could do some night photos on the pier. They excitedly agreed and we started heading that way. Seriously, as soon as our feet touched the pier, the clouds got angry and the rain turned into a biblical storm. Sideways pelting rainbombs and what felt like 50mph (probably an exaggeration) winds, instantly soaked us. Regardless, Briana and Adam were up for anything. And they kept doing this incredibly unstable and physically demanding pose until I was happy with it. This is why these two are full of awesomeness! I hope it was worth it!!!
A huge thanks to Misty Evers of Photographically ME for assisting and for getting absolutely drenched to make the epic storm photos happen!
Congratulations again on your engagement and thank you so much for trusting me with your relationship! I am so ridiculously excited for your upcoming Lake Quivira wedding!
