The Why Experience
The Why Experience is a one-on-one personalized business development and coaching process. By understanding and focusing on your WHY, you define the purpose of your business and develop a unique brand. I created the Why Experience to help owners figure out WHY their businesses exist.
The Why of La Brisa is to preserve relationships. From client communication, to posing, to how I write my blog posts, my Why is at the forefront of everything I do. I want my clients to know that preserving their relationships is La Brisa’s purpose. In 2009, I watched Simon Sinek’s TED talk, “How great leaders inspire action” and one of his ideas truly resonated with me. He said, “People don’t buy what you do, they buy WHY you do it.” I wholeheartedly believe the continued success and prosperity of La Brisa is based on that strategy. As you can see in the two images above, my photography reinforces the intentionality of my Why.
Since 2008, I prioritized educating others as a core element of La Brisa. By hosting numerous workshops, classes and mentoring sessions, I love helping businesses feel successful. Unapologetically, I will push you out of your complacency into being a trailblazer for your Why. With a Masters Degree in Education and an absurd amount of trial/error business experience, I passionately want your business to achieve greatness.
If you do not know The Why of your business, you are similar to a painter who only produces forgeries. You copy the beautiful work of true artists, but you never create your own art. I want to help your business find your Why so you can effectively distinguish yourself and establish your awesomeness in an increasingly competitive market.
During The Why Experience, you start with my Discovering your Why Session. We quickly get personal and emotional to figure out what makes your business great. Together, we identify your business’ unique qualities and we set goals to enhance the characteristics of your Why. Then, in my Accountability Session, I follow up with you on your goals and evaluate how effectively you are focusing on your Why.
The Why Experience – One-on-One Personalized Business Development and Coaching Details:
- Investment into your business – $500.00
- Discovering your Why Session (120 minutes) – I guide you through a structured process including brand awareness exercises, unfiltered direct questions about your operations and a helicopter view of the strengths and weaknesses of both you and your business to obtain a sense of why you do what you do
- Accountability Session (30 minutes) – I follow up with you, one month later, on your goals and we re-evaluate how you are utilizing your Why to separate your business from the competition
- Individual sessions with me available in person at La Brisa’s office in Marana, AZ or via Skype/FaceTime
- Full payment via PayPal/check/money order is required to reserve your sessions
