I agree… it might be a difficult choice.
As for some of the helicopter shots:
I am pretty sure the first waterfall is Manawaiopuna Falls and the second waterfall is Wailua Falls.
I love the shot of the waves crashing off the Napali Coast.
Now you make we wish I was back there.
