Today, I am happy to announce the winner of the La Brisa APW Monthly Photography Competition #23 in the La Brisa Aspiring Photographer Workshop (APW) group on Facebook! For December, the theme was “LIGHTS” and members of the group voted for their favorite submissions.
Josh Junghans of Josh Junghans Images won MPC #23 for his image titled “2AM Street Race”!
